{8.19.19 - 8.25.19}

Eli stole my sandwich at lunch, and I think he ate it better than he was eating is lunch. // Axel and Reese are so cute! She loves to come inside our house and he likes to show her all of his toys and they like to wrap up in a blanket and watch a show together.
I took the girls and Axel to see The Lion King at the drive-in. They all fell asleep and I didn't love the movie, but I love taking my kids to make memories! Hopefully they are good ones!
My girls started Kindergarten this week! They have been SO excited!!! And I think they are adorable!!
They loved it! I hope they have the best year!!
Axel had to join in on the picutres!! He was so funny!! I love his "showing off his backpack" pose!
Mrs. Christensen was so nice to pose for pictures for all the moms who wanted to get pictures of their kids! Haha!
We made it out to the Sanpete County Fair and the kids were able to ride a couple of the rides. Lyla thought she was scared on the carousel but I got a pretty cute picture out of it! // Alya clearly loved it!
I have been playing with the portrait mode on my camera and I gotta say, I love it! // We went to Salt Lake to go see Cinderella at Hale Center Theatre and had a little birthday celebration for Axel! He loved that one of his birthday bags was bigger than him.
We loved Cinderella! I got to sit next to Lyla and she was so intrigued! She wanted to know if everything was real...the puppets, the food props, etc. There was one point where Cinderella's carriage was pulled up into the air above the stage with Cinderella inside and she was so concerned about how she was going to get down! It was pretty entertaining sitting next to her! I think it was pretty magical for them!
They loved the water feature in front of the theatre!

My boy is three!
We got him a little trucks set that he can take apart and reassemble. So far he likes it... and his sisters do too! Haha!
Crystal got him this awesome shirt and he looks so darn handsome!!
Axel is such a little character! He is so funny and so stubborn! I have no idea how to parent this child! He loves dinosaurs and pretends to be a t-rex all the time...unless he's being a horse or a baby animal of some kind. He loves to snuggle and somehow always manages to come into my bed when Matthew is out of town. He is a Mama's boy through and through. He likes me to paint his toe nails and he likes to put bows in his hair. The girls are hoping to get their ears pierced for their birthday and he thinks that he will be right there with them! He might need to do more boy stuff with his dad. He is 33 pounds (63%) and 39.5 inches (89%). I love this boy so very very much! He is my little buddy and I hope he has a wonderful year! I am excited to get to hang out with him while his sisters are in school!

{8.12.19 - 8.18.19}

My mom bought the kids these cute little dinosaurs! They love them so much! Also, I got a new phone last weekend!! It takes some pretty great pictures!
Eli is getting so big! It's so nice that he wants to feed himself...but only when it's foods like oatmeal and other things that don't drip off the spoon very quickly. // We gathered for my grandpa's birthday party and some of his neighbors came with their bunnies. They were a huge hit with all the kids!
She was so nice! She made sure to take pictures of all of our families and I loved this little panoramic photo of everyone!

The girls favorite bunny was the white one named snowflake!
Grandpa had a little scare a while ago. He had to have heart surgery and then he ended up back in the hospital a couple of days later with some complications. I'm so grateful we got to celebrate another birthday with him!

{8.5.19 - 8.11.19}

We went up this week for Matthew to put some trail cameras up. This little guy threw the biggest fit while we drove up the mountain and it didn't stop once we got him out of the car either. It was crazy! I've never seen him as upset as he was! But you would never know it by his cute little face in these pictures.
This little boy is such a character!!! He makes me so happy!
I have finished a few burns this week. I am pretty happy with how they turned out!
This one is for a cousin of mine who's nephew was getting married in the Snowflake, AZ temple.
And this one needs to be tweaked a little bit...the temple is just not dark enough. This was a hard one for me and I hope I'm happy with the finished result!
We headed to Moab for a family reunion this weekend. We stayed in a beautiful "cabin" and the girls thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor shower!
They also loved that they got to road trip with Jeni and Crystal the entire weekend.
I want to remember their long skinny legs! They are just getting so big!!! // We walked to some dinosaur tracks...(I love how excited Axel's little walk is!)
...Axel is standing in front of an old crocodile drag fossil.
Here is Matthew pointing out some dinosaur bone fossils in the rocks

This picture cracks me up!! Axel looks like such a little twig!! And I think it's so funny that they both look so happy!
I love this picture of my little family! My phone was not working this weekend so I didn't get any of my own pictures. I am so glad that Matthew's family took so many and were willing to share with me! // Axel was so proud of conquering his climb!
Lyla found a lizard way up in the rocks across from us! // He's just such a happy little guy!
We also made it to newspaper rock and Eli is very impressed! // Grandpa is pretty funny!
.Newspaper Rock.

{7.29.19 - 8.4.19}

Bullet loves the bath! Which is so funny to me because of how much Mo hated the tub! Bullet is not usually in the house while we are getting the kids ready for bed, but I let him inside tonight. he came downstairs and he just stepped right into the tub. It was pretty funny!
His daddy has some big shoes for him to fill but I think he's up for it! // My happy little guy is pretty darn cute!

{7.22.19 - 7.28.19}

I love his little wink and his happy little face!
We stopped at the SnoCone Shack for a treat. Sadly this is the first and probably the last time we will go this summer. I feel like summer is just getting away from me. // Axel was so nice to share with Eli and he made a mess! But he is a darling mess!
We have a hole in our backyard (remember how the girls used to "sleep" in it?) that Eli got stuck in and as you can see he was not at all happy about it! // We made it to our annual 24th of July camping trip with our friends! We had so much fun and all the girls loved cruising around on their bikes!
I think every year I talk about how much fun it is to see all the kids and how much they change and grow! Left to right: Ainslee, Alya, Annalynn, Lyla, Eli, Axel and Alexa.
He's just so cute (almost) no matter what he does! I love his grimy fingerprints all over my glasses! // This messy faced boy just gets cuter and cuter!
He sure knows how to lounge!
The dirt pile was a huge hit the whole week! // Eli and Miss Marley enjoyed their walks!
I don't even know what he was yelling but I'm so glad Diana got this picture! // I love the friendship these girls have!
Love, love, love his blue eyes! // They got so dirty!! (Lyla)
All of our girls! // Diana put together a scavenger hunt again this year. The kids love it!!
Here they are digging for their treasure!
Last year the kids all walked around camp saying "Guess what? Chicken butt!" So I decided they needed shirts for this year! With Diana's help and a very talented friend each of the girls got one of these silly t-shirts!

Diana also brought these cute little bird-houses for the kids to make! It was a lot of fun and they turned out so cute!
We camped in Paris, Idaho this year so Bear Lake wasn't too far away from us. Unfortunately the day we chose to go was the coldest day of the week, but we still had fun at the beach!

Even the dads enjoyed playing in the sand!

Kolby and Becky brought their toys and all the kids were able to take a ride!

We had to change a tire on the trailer and Eli was a great little helper! // We also made a trek to the Paris Ice Caves.
Axel and Lindsey // The ice caves were pretty cool! I'm glad we decided to go!

Lyla had a big week! She lost her first tooth after our camping trip! She was so excited and the tooth fairy spoiled her with a dollar for her tooth!
We missed a few of our friends who couldn't make the camping trip this year. I hope they are able to come next year! I love this tradition!! I am grateful for these wonderful people!!
