{6.25.18 - 7.1.18}

This sweet boy is pretty great!
He always needs the necessities when he goes to sleep: Baby, Cuddle Bear, Puppy, Owl and his soft blankie!
I had girls camp this week so the big kids stayed with my mom for a week. They had so much fun. Axel is showing off his tricks on Nana's swing set // The girls got to help with the bird show at the zoo! They loved it! They couldn't stop talking about how a bird took a coin out of their hand and dropped it in the money box!
Eli was such a champ at girls camp with me. I'm glad there were lots of hands to help me and he loved hanging out with Grandma Stephanie (my co-camp director) in her nice air-conditioned trailer!
The big kids were SO happy to see Eli again after camp!
When we got home, I feel like Eli slept for a whole day straight! Camp must have worn him out!

{6.18.18 - 6.24.18}

*Almost* everyone piles onto Eli's playmat with him. He doesn't love it...his siblings scare him.
I love Eli's little leg draped over Axel's! // Axel likes to plug his nose and snort...he thought it would be fun to let Eli try it too!
A friend and I met at the lake for the day and had so much fun!
Axel's little arms barely reach around his new puddle jumper! // The girls were catching little nymphs. I think they were baby dragonflies.
That look Axel is giving his baby brother!!!! // Cuddling my boys after a day of swimming! This is the best!
Grandma and Grandpa came down and we got to go fishing! I love these kids so much!
And he loves the fish so much! I love his little shovel in hand and tractors in the dirt.  Axel is so content to just hang out by himself doing his own thing. I'm so glad he's good at entertaining himself!
These little fisher-girls are so dang cute!
Alya and her catch!
It's never really fun to see the smoke from the fires, but it sure makes a pretty picture!

{6.11.18 - 6.17.8}

I love that he loves to hold and hug and kiss his baby brother!
The bottom of the pool was so slippery Axel wouldn't let go of Dad's hand!

Alya is so helpful and Lyla's pose is the greatest!
This sweet boy loves to be outside enjoying the fresh air - watching his siblings play!
His shirt says it all! // We've been going to free lunch at the elementary school for the past couple of weeks. The Read-a-saurus is in the entry way and my kids love him! They have to stop and see the dinosaur when we walk in and before we leave.
Cuddles before church!
Alya likes to put her head anywhere near Eli and ask "is this cute!? Take a picture!"
I hope my girls continue to enjoy taking pictures!
My happy baby! // My beautiful Miss Lyla! She woke up early one morning so we got a little extra snuggle time in. Oh how I love her!

Here is Axel's version of "This Little Piggy" with Mr. Eli!

I love how he says blue!

{6.4.18 - 6.10.18}

6.4.18     I love this little baby dearly, but it has been a hard month! The poor kid has had a hard time adjusting to life outside the womb and mom has struggled a little with adjusting to life with four kids. Although things have been hard, this little guy is amazing! He likes to be swaddled and loves to be held, he is great at nursing, he doesn't like a binky but loves to suck on my finger. He has already rolled twice from his back to his front and once from his front to his back, but I'm sure these were just flukes! I can tell he is going to be strong willed and so smart. He weighs 10.3 lbs (70%) and is 22.35 inches long (80%). I love him so much and can't wait to see what life holds in store for him!
I love these baby toes!
He's still not sure of his siblings, but they sure adore him!
Axel has a hard time sharing his cars with everyone...except Eli apparently!
I love Axel's little fingers on his car and his lips saying "vroooom!"
Axel loves to do "This Little Piggy" with "E-I" // While Eli is nursing Axel always comes in, climbs on my bed, puts a pillow on his lap and holds out is hands and says "Inna hold him!"
I love this video of Lyla showing off her winking skills!
Axel's hiccups are hilarious!

{10.17.16 - 10.23.16}

Lyla (I will always know that it's her because of the amount of stuff she has in her hands) insisted on wearing mismatched shoes to the store. Who am I to argue!?

{10.10.16 - 10.16.16}

The girls can-NOT wait until we carve pumpkins. They go through these books almost daily!
Fall is here and the girls are loving that it's "naining leafeses!"
Leaf angels.
We got two garbage bags full of carrots this year!
Axel's first Sunday at church - it was Stake Conference...so I guess it was a great practice day!
Tummy time on sister! // Look at his cute little toes sticking out of his blanket!

{10.3.16 - 10.9.16}

It was not nearly cold enough for the girls to need scarves, but they wanted to wear them to help dad in the garden!

The girls were playing photographer. Alya even had me posing for her. ("Now put your head on that pillow." *click* "Now put your cheek right here.") Then they wanted to take a picture with me! Who am I to say no!?
I love his smiles!!
The girls have really been into their baby dolls the last couple of weeks. They are super cute little mommies. They give their babies a bottle or nurse them, swaddle them and then rock them to sleep.
We put up our Halloween decorations and the girls were way into it! The whole time we were decorating they kept telling me how excited they were to show their dad! As soon as he got home they took him all over the house and showed him everything they put up!
They love being birds! Even when they are swinging they flap their wings.
Sometimes while I'm nursing, all I want is a little peace and quiet, but the girls always seem to end up at the foot of my bed. Sometimes they are playing and sometimes they are fighting, and while I would love some quiet time all to myself (and Axel), I love having these two around!
We went up north while Dad was hunting over the weekend, and somehow Lyla talked my mom into buying her a new outfit. She couldn't wait to put her new skirt, sweater and crown (headband) on. So here she is, with her new clothes on over the leggings she wore for the day, with Daxton's old slippers on her feet and a toy she picked out for Mo (which she also somehow conned my mom into purchasing.)
Alya also picked out a new skirt, but she didn't need a new blouse because "she already had enough shirts at home."
On a side note, the girls have been picking out their own clothes these days. They come upstairs with some awesome combinations sometimes! But can I tell you a secret? I have been so excited for the day that they choose what they want to wear! I'm not even embarrassed to take them out in public (probably because we either don't go anywhere, or we just go to Walmart.)
The little man and I were bored in the house while sisters were sleeping, so I put him in his little jacket at we went out and sat on the porch. He loves being outside and looked so cute in his jacket!
I just can't resist those eyes!
Axel rolled over twice in one day. He has not done it again! Haha!
