{12.2.19 - 12.8.19}

These kids love cinnamon rolls and they love them even more when they get to make them with Crystal! And when they get to put flour all over their faces.
I love how she takes things in. She wants to learn and she wants to be good at everything and I love how she really takes moments like these seriously, like she knows these are skills she can use throughout her life. // Axel can find mud anywhere...it could be in the dead heat of the summer in the desert and I'm pretty sure he'd find it. This time it makes sense that there would be mud in our yard...the timing is right, but man he can get dirty!
There are no words necessary for these pictures. I just love them so much!
Oh. My. Goodness! Eli praying with Alya at bedtime is my favorite thing ever! // Hello darling Santa!
I'm dying!!!!!!! These pictures are the best!
We went to cut down our Christmas tree with our friends who live in Gunnison. It was pretty fun and luckily we didn't have to walk too far up the mountain and we all had fun!
And getting a group photo of my family always provides some pretty great shots!
Even in my sunglasses he's a stud! // I love my sweet little buddy!
I'm not sure what it is about my kids when they put their hands in their pockets but I love it! And I love these three!
And I love these three!
And all these kids are pretty great!
I didn't want to forget these drawings my girls made!
Another addition to the "How Lyla Sleeps" series! I can't stand how big they are getting! Look how big her feet look!

This is the best way to get yourself back down the mountain...when you are young. I'm not sure it would have gone so well for me! Haha!

{11.25.19 - 12.1.19}

I would love it if our bowling the day after Thanksgiving tradition continues forever. It's so fun to watch my kids have fun doing things like this! It's so fun to watch their different personalities come out! Lyla gets so serious while she's bowling and Alya just wants to have as much fun as she can.
He was a blast to bowl with! He was so cute while he waited for his ball to come back up the track!
See how serious she is!? It's so cute! // Look at that loose tooth!
Eli loved bowling! I love that happy face and his favorite part was probably the french fries...but they really were some of the best french fries I've ever had!
I can't believe that they are losing so many teeth! // I love how she waited for her ball to hit the pins!
And how excited she gets no matter how many pins she knocks over! // Love these guys!!
And I love this baby bear! // And this adorable crazy snow angel!
Lyla was so brave and climbed up on the scaffolding with Dad and Grandpa while they were working in the garage! // I love this blue-eyed boy and his crazy hat hair! I'm also very grateful that my sister-in-law takes adorable pictures of my kids!
Jessica braved the cold with the girls and built an awesome snowman! I wish that was a skill I had but building snowmen is a lot harder as an adult than it was when I was a kid! // Lyla's little snow angel.
I LOVE THESE BOYS!!!!
My favorite!! // I love his little lips!
Again, love those lips! // Grandma and Eli.
I'm also glad that my kids have aunts who are willing to let them help! Also...I wish you could see it better but notice his little top ponytail! // There is a little story behind this picture. Eli just quietly snuck away while Matthew and I were busy and not paying too much attention to him, but then we noticed he ran past us, threw a ball of gold foil in the trash can and then ran away again. Matthew went to investigate and found him hiding in the corner behind the front door sneakily eating a chocolate orange! And look how proud of himself he is! The best part is that the next day Matthew went to put on his boots and found a couple slices stashed away. He's so funny!

{11.18.19 - 11.24.19}

Axel loves to pretend his pajama shirt is puppy ears. I love it! // Oh my goodness I love this smile!
Cutest little cowgirls! (Lyla/Alya)
The kids stole my phone and took some cute/crazy pictures of each other! (Lyla)
Alya
 I love his hands! They still have some of their baby look to them!
This picture of Lyla is my favorite. // He's just such a cute baby!
I love when he squeezes his eyes shut like this! // Peek-a-boo.
 He is just so cute! I love him so much!
We moved my Grandpa from Payson to the Salt Lake area. My mom and sister and I stopped to have some lunch and Judi was lucky enough to sit in Eli's car seat. // Matthew has started working on finishing the basement and Eli has loved to be down there helping him! He's such a good helper.
A friend of mine asked for a burn of the Idaho Falls Temple for her in-laws as a Christmas present. I am pretty happy with how it turned out.
 I am also very happy with this sign! I love fall decor!

Axel used to walk around the house all the time with these cake pans on his feet so I kind of love that Eli has also discovered them! Haha!

{11.11.19 - 11.17.19}

I took the kids out for pictures again this week and I think we got the shot for our Christmas cards. They are just so cute! I don't even know how many pictures I took but I only got 2 or 3 that would maybe work and this one was definitely the best one. And I love it!!!
He was so done with this project so there was very little chance of him smiling for me, but he was a champ!
This kid truly has my heart. He makes me absolutely crazy but he is pretty great! And look how handsome he is!!
I love her snaggle-tooth! She is pretty excited to be losing another tooth!
Man she's pretty, isn't she!? She eats this picture taking business right up!

I LOVE THEM!
I asked Axel to lean back just a little so his face wasn't so much in the sun...and this is what he did for me. What a character!!!
My sisters gave us tickets to the aquarium for Christmas last year and we finally had a chance to use them!
The kids got to touch starfish and coral...
...and sting rays.
They are so awkward, it's the best!

The girls came upstairs ready for school wearing just their overalls this morning and they were not very happy with me when I told them they needed pants because it is getting too cold for shorts...but they came up with a solution! // She finally lost that tooth!
Axel used to walk around the house with these little pans on his feet...actually anything he could get on his feet became shoes...but Eli has now discovered the joy of these pans as shoes. It's pretty cute. But man, he is like a little tornado. Everytime I turn around he is getting into a new drawer or cupboard. // Matthew is getting closer to finishing the kids' playhouse. They love it and I am so excited for them to have it next summer!
Playing dress-up at Sarah's house is way better than playing dress-up at home! Haha!!!

I love these kids so darn much!!
